📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Document and track IT issues, providing detailed reports to management.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Train and mentor end-users on the proper use of IT systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and support of new systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between Bali and Jakarta as needed.
