• Conduct organizational assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other development activities.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of organizational initiatives.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective communication and execution of people strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organization development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development, with a proven track record in driving organizational change.
• Proficient in using organizational development tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and trends in the organization development field.
• Certification in organizational development (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
