📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee a diverse range of co-curricular and enrichment programs, including sports, arts, and cultural activities.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and competitions to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Monitor student participation and progress, providing feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
• Utilize project management tools like Trello or Asana to organize and track program activities.
• Stay updated on best practices in student development and enrichment through continuous professional development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in co-curricular or student enrichment programs.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading student activities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Certification in sports coaching or student development is a plus.
• Familiarity with the educational system in Bali is beneficial.
