Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple Domino's stores in the Green Bay, WI area.
  • Lead and mentor a team of store managers and associates to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing, promotions, and operational strategies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of your team.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.
  • Represent Domino's at local events and community activities to build brand awareness and engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the foodservice or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
