📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business processes.
• Develop and maintain data models and business process diagrams using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Create and manage project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and user stories.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
