PT Kreasi Kartika is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Seminyak, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as turnover rates and stock levels.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
