📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement urban planning strategies to ensure sustainable and inclusive growth of Pangkalpinang.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for various urban development projects.,Coordinate with government agencies, private sector, and community stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development projects to ensure they meet set targets and standards.,Prepare and present regular reports to the management and stakeholders on the status of urban development projects.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban planning and development.,Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff in the urban planning department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related fields.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban planning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian urban planning laws, regulations, and policies.,Proficient in using urban planning software and GIS tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driving license and the ability to travel frequently.
