Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for smart buildings and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions that meet their business needs and environmental goals.

Design and implement smart building solutions that integrate IoT, AI, and data analytics technologies,Lead and mentor junior architects and engineers in the team,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions,Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions,Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the smart buildings and digital transformation space,Contribute to the development of Johnson Controls' smart buildings and digital transformation strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,10+ years of experience in solution architecture, smart buildings, or digital transformation,Proven track record of successful projects in the smart buildings and digital transformation space,Strong knowledge of IoT, AI, data analytics, and cloud computing technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams,Professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or LEED are a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
