DMCI Project Developers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for our luxury resort projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop mechanical systems for luxury resort projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.,Ensure that all mechanical systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.,Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, working closely with contractors and subcontractors.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other project elements.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection systems.,Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Proficiency in using mechanical engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant programs.,Ability to travel and work in remote or challenging locations, as required by the project.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
