📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong focus on logistics coordination.,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
