Excis Compliance is seeking a Senior IT Technical Interviewer to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and support, and a passion for conducting technical interviews.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical interviews for IT candidates, assessing their skills and fit for various IT positions within our company. You will work closely with our hiring managers to ensure that we bring the best talent to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct technical interviews for IT candidates, assessing their skills and fit for various IT positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure that candidates meet the necessary criteria.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers on interview performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that our interviews remain relevant and effective.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of our interview process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the interview process.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall hiring strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
