🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance and HR role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven experience in managing HR functions and leading teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software is a plus.
