📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of the retail industry and customer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
