QUARK Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure our shipments are delivered on time and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse.,Track and manage freight costs and shipping schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Logistics software proficiency (e.g.SAPJDAor similar).Experience with freight forwarding and shipping services.Knowledge of inventory management systems.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.Experience with remote work and collaboration tools.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
