PT Pratama Media is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them succeed in their roles.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate their value to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
