Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
