Salon Bimo Tea is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is a plus.
