As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals to meet the high standards of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet food preparation and service times.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory counts and other kitchen tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
