📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design high-quality graphics and visual content using Figma, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate them into creative designs.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with our company's identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within the specified timeframes.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
• Assist in the creation of design assets and templates for future use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience in creating designs for digital and print media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
