📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collecting blood, urine, and other bodily fluids from patients using phlebotomy kits and advanced laboratory equipment
- Ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing
- Following strict protocols and guidelines for specimen collection and handling
- Documenting and recording specimen collection details accurately
- Assisting in the preparation and labeling of specimens for laboratory analysis
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient comfort and safety during specimen collection
- Adhering to healthcare regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Specimen Collector or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Certification in Phlebotomy or related medical assisting certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
