📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.,Perform basic cleaning and sterilization tasks in the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions.,Follow all hospital policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or practical nursing program.,Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Ability to pass a background check.
