📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in the Pontianak area.,Manage a team of project managers and construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or delays.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.,Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the Pontianak area.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with construction software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and others.,Understanding of local regulations and permits required for construction projects in Indonesia.
