Rixon Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of construction sites, adhering to DOSH Yellow Book standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures for construction sites.,Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.,Provide training and supervision to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and investigations.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety standards are met.,Ensure compliance with DOSH Yellow Book standards and regulations.,Investigate and report on safety incidents and accidents.,Promote a safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field.,Certification in Safety Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of DOSH Yellow Book standards and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and lead safety teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction safety equipment and tools.
