Tanggung Jawab:
Lead and manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide strategic advice to senior management on procurement-related matters.Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.Manage procurement budgets and prepare reports for senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
