Point Food Berjaya is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve technical writing skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Familiarity with software documentation tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
