📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of crew members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and develop new crew members to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and team performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
