📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage and maintain the coffee shop equipment and supplies.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and supervise junior baristas and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Monitor and report sales performance.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
