As a Junior HR Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall HR functions of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and documents.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and reports.
• Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and analytics.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
