📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll using SAP and other relevant software.
- Coordinate office logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Conduct recruitment drives and manage the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
