The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and ensuring the efficient operation of the fleet. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage driver schedules and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transport operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
