Tech Store Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Cashier to join our team in Palopo. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at our store, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Deputy Cashier, you will work closely with the Cashier to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for assisting in inventory management and ensuring that our store runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Cashier in processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer queries or concerns.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Assist in any additional tasks as required by the Cashier or store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or cash handling environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.
  • Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
