📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
Collaborate with procurement teams to place orders and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Utilize SAP and Excel to track and analyze inventory data.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer demand and adjust inventory planning accordingly.
Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning and inventory control, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP EWM or similar is a plus.
Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
